Good practices to impose in bs post????

Hi All,
Noticed lately there have been many unhappy transactions in B/S thread based on sellers P/S, namely:
- kanna piloted without knowing the nick of buyer.
- waiting for buyer till the cow comes home with pre-arrangement made for collection.
- pull out at the last minute with lame mother stories.
- bargaining again during collection with prior agreement on pricing, etc...
To eradicate or minimise such bad experiences, what is the recommended good practice(s) for seller to impose???
My sales thread is mandatory for NO NICK = NO REPLY.
Why should i entertain unknown and discreet buyer/trader (got how far, go how far as i am not interested to deal with such person)??? To me, once transaction deal is closed and tats it, regardless if buyer selling at higher pricing at the next moment (non of my business).

Agree. Ask for name and nick. It helps a lot.
>Nowadays have to adopt ai lai mai tai attitude in b/s.... I have stopped practicing so called abang abang (bro bro) deep throat pricing, as very often our goodwill will be taken for granted.
>Standard one le, if du business also will meet such cases. If want to sell must be prepared la,
or else
dont sell and release the fishes away, release in school pond, Luoyang tua pen long pong, etc... As for things throw away lor
No need waste time posting?

No need waste time posting? I know there is no ending to such cases. This thread is up for awareness, serve as a reminder, and maybe come up with some ideas to deter hobbyist(s) from having such bad behaviour/practices. Buy/sell involves commitment from both parties, and never do it if non-committal...

>seller and buyer got their own story to tell, there always unhappiness from both party…
from seller as TS stated
from buyer
- kanna piloted from seller sold to another higher price buyer
- waiting for seller perfect timing to collect
- pull out at the last minute said fish sick, maybe seller got better buyer
- bargain with seller, he told you fly kite, be humble lah, cannot say cannot lay, no need act elegant…
so just see open, seller has nothing to lose…
Happy Lunar New Year! Huat ah...
>perhaps we should implement a blacklist of all the pilots together with their numbers. this will be easier for the sellers to identify and transact at their own discretion. also we could announce out in the forum those who pilot or dont honour their transaction.

If like that then the list will be quite long liao... too many aeroplanes around in Singapore
